AAIS COMMERCIAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for the American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) Commercial Liability Coverage Forms is, essentially, unrestricted and is available to all commercial operations and businesses. There is no limitation on the classes of business eligible to be insured by this form. It is designed and intended to meet and respond to the commercial liability needs of any commercial entity, venture or risk.

This broad eligibility applies only to the form. Each insurance company will establish its own eligibility based on the type of risk it is prepared to underwrite.
